Embree Robinson is TRC Staffing Services’ Chairman of the Board, and as one of the company’s original founders he has been with the company since 1980.

He currently serves as a member of the trade association, and also sits on the Board of the American Staffing Association. A United States Army veteran, Embree graduated from the University of Georgia, and holds a BBA in Accounting. He lives in Dunwoody with his wife Karen, and has two children, Christi and Brian.

Graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Brian began his career as a successful entrepreneur in 1995 and joined TRC in 1998, where he worked in positions of increasing responsibility including Branch Manager for two metro Atlanta locations, Executive Vice President, and finally President and CEO in 2009. Under Brian’s leadership, TRC has been recognized as a winner for the past 6 consecutive years by Inavero’s Best in Staffing Client Award and for 5 years by the Best in Staffing Talent Award, a distinction awarded to less than 2% of all staffing companies in the United States and Canada. In 2011, Brian’s willingness to embrace change in the aim of process improvement led him to launch the LEAN initiative to have every TRC staff member become certified in Six-Sigma practices. As a result, TRC is an industry leader in delivering an efficient, effective recruitment and hiring process to clients.

Craig Kumpf is Senior Vice President and CFO of TRC Staffing Services and oversees the strategic financial objectives and forecasting of the company.

Craig also manages TRC’s Corporate Office Staff where he directs the company’s support operations.  Craig began as an Accountant with TRC in early 1990. Since that time, he has worked his way up to Staff Accountant, Manager of General Accounting, Vice President of Accounting and Controller, and in 2009 promoted to his current position.  Craig graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1990 and Master of Taxation in 1993.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.  As part of the TRC Lean Initiative, Craig is Six-Sigma certified.  Craig has been instrumental in leading TRC successfully through the recession of 2009 maintaining healthy financials and consistent growth.

Conrad Helms is the Executive Vice President of Commercial and Franchise Operations at TRC Staffing Services.

Conrad is responsible for providing leadership in recruiting and staffing for the company-owned and franchise teams nationwide. He is advancing TRC’s client approach strategy by redesigning the sales and operation structure to create a more cohesive sales and support team to drive improved client relationships. With 20 years in the staffing industry, Conrad is an industry expert in customer satisfaction, sales, performance management and continuous improvement. His leadership was key in developing TRC’s unique and relevant competitive advantages that has changed the company’s sales approach. Conrad earned his Bachelor of Science and a Master degree from Appalachian State University. In 2013, he joined TRC as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations before being promoted to Executive Vice President of Commercial Staffing overseeing both company-owned and franchise operations. Conrad is leading our initiative for growing both operations and extending the TRC footprint across the country.

Vice President, Payroll and Billing

Karen Bapst joined TRC Staffing Services in 1983 and was responsible for Payroll Processing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

As the company grew and the Credit and Accounting Departments were established at TRC, Karen was promoted from Payroll and Billing Specialist to Payroll and Billing Department Manager. In 1996, she was promoted to Vice President of Payroll and Billing. With over 30 years of payroll experience, Karen manages a team of five employees and is responsible for the timely and accurate payroll and billing to all contractors, clients and company employees. Weekly payroll is in excess of $1.5 million with billing of over $2 million. Her systematic approach provides TRC’s clients with an exceptional “on time” weekly payment and billing percentage of over 99%. Due to Karen’s expertise, TRC can offer payroll and billing packages tailored to our more complex client requirements. Karen has led her team through several software conversions in order to improve TRC’s more efficient use of technologies. She has been instrumental in developing our current processes to offer paperless end-to-end payroll and billing options. A native of Ohio, Karen moved to Atlanta in 1983 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Davis Suever

David F. Suever

Vice President, Credit and Collections

David Suever is responsible for the credit approval process, cash applications, subcontractor payments and maintaining the Accounts Receivables for TRC Staffing Services.

David began his career in 1987 as Credit Manager and was responsible for helping the company to increase sales growth, while maintaining acceptable credit risks. He was instrumental with his personal involvement in the handling of TRC’s largest client in the history of the company.  David was promoted to Vice President of Credit and Collections in 1998. David maintains a collection percentage that is significantly lower than the industry average which is a direct result of his problem solving and customer service skills. David is a graduate of Georgia State University, College of Business Administration with a degree in Management.

Eric Adams

Senior Vice President of Operations, Atlanta Region

As the Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Delivery and Implementation, Eric is responsible for the design and implementation of new strategic accounts, compliance and quality audits for existing clients.

A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Public & Social Services with a minor in Human Resources. Eric has over 16 years of experience supporting a wide range of customers in the processes of sourcing, selection and performance management of temporary and long-term contract employees. He learned the staffing industry from the ground up, as a successful field recruiter, branch and site manager, quality manager and for the last several years, the Vice President of Strategic Accounts Delivery and Implementation. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Eric develops Lean initiatives and hosts Kaizen events for both TRC Staffing Services and our clients. Eric’s process-driven leadership style provides TRC’s clients with successful delivery, onboarding and implementation processes.

Vice President, Marketing

Jason Flomerfelt brings 20 years of marketing experience serving various market sectors such as telecom, retail, healthcare, finance, automotive and industrial manufacturing.

Throughout his career he has been integrally involved in developing strategical and tactical marketing plans, including website design & development, database management & implementation, online marketing & automation, social & email programs, tradeshows & events, graphic design and content development.  Over the past ten years, Jason has utilized his expertise to successfully build the marketing departments for three different organizations from the ground up, focused on lead generation, brand development and awareness.

Before the launch of his career, Jason graduated with a Marketing degree from the University of Miami and holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Stetson University.  In 2007, Jason moved to Cumming from Orlando with his wife Sharon and their daughter Morgan.  In his spare time you can find Jason hanging out with his family, competing out on the tennis courts, coaching youth soccer, or serving on both domestic and international mission trips.

Mike Johnson

Vice President, Human Resources

Mike Johnson joined TRC in 2015 to provide leadership over TRC’s human resources, insurance/risk management, contracts and legal functions.

Mike began his relationship with TRC as a customer in 1998, and relied on TRC predominantly from that point forward, “because of TRC’s partnership approach with clients and their consistently better staffing employees than other staffing services had provided.”

Prior to TRC, Mike has served in human resources leadership roles with Peak Health Solutions, WebMD and Lanier Healthcare (healthcare/software businesses); Alltel Communications; McGriff Seibels & Williams commercial insurance; and The Southern Company.

Mike grew up in Southern California, earned his BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern MS, and he later earned his Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and SPHR credentials.   Mike is passionate about helping TRC continue it’s successful growth while furthering TRC’s historic core culture of quality in everything we do; which we view as a significant differentiator for how we care for our customers and our staff.

Aleisa Hodgens

Vice President, Training & Quality Services / Franchise Support

An industry expert with over 25 years of successful experience in Training and Human Resources, Aleisa Hodgens has proven the ability to provide training and developmental support across all TRC divisions.

With Aleisa being certified in professional staffing and recruiting by AIRS and ASA, she is more than qualified to train and provide mentorship to all of TRC’s industry specialists of the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Aleisa started her career at TRC Staffing Services in 1996 as an Assistant Operations Manager, subsequently holding roles as Operations Manager, Territory Manager, Branch Manager, and handling Strategic Accounts.

Currently, Aleisa is the Vice President of Training & Quality Services at TRC Staffing. As well as providing Franchise Support to all 12 of TRC’s Franchise locations, Aleisa has also taken over the responsibility for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of training & development activities company wide.

If you don’t find Aleisa in her coveted Training Room, she is outside by the pool with her grandkids or cheering on the Razorbacks!

John Clifford

Vice President & CIO, MIS Department

John is the CIO of TRC Staffing Services and oversees the strategic direction and design of TRC’s IT department.  He is a seasoned technology leader with more than 30 years of achievement maximizing the planning, design, development, support, and execution of innovative technology solutions.

John is a team-driven and self-motivated senior executive with a track record of people/program management excellence, and exceptional communications, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Computer Information Science.  He spent the early part of his career as a consultant specializing in application design and development along with project management of many projects for several Fortune 500 companies in retail and manufacturing industries.  He came to TRC in 1997 as a Project Manager but quickly assumed the role of Application Services Manager and in 2008 was promoted to his current position of VP & CIO.  As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, John applies Lean initiative techniques in the analysis of business situations and the development of technological solutions.  John has been instrumental in design and implementation of TRC Staffing’s competitive advantages that our team uses to serve both our clients and employees.

Zahara Fallaw

Vice President, Sales - Atlanta Commercial Market

As Vice President of Sales, Zahara is responsible for providing leadership, mentorship and training to TRC’s sales force in the Atlanta Market.

Zahara started her career almost 20 years ago as a recruiter for a large regional staffing firm. Her talent, ceaseless work ethic and never quit approach to everything she does helped her quickly advance into a sales role where she became one of the top staffing sales professionals in the Southeast. She was then promoted into the role of national sales trainer and finally director of sales before finding her home at TRC. As a working expert in the industry who is known for driving a culture of client satisfaction, personal accountability and a winning “can do” attitude, Zahara is an integral part of providing a successful experience for our clients through our sales team.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, Wendy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with double majors in Marketing and Management. Wendy Hallman has been with TRC since October of 1993.  She started her career at TRC Staffing Services as an Assistant Operations Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager six months later.  She has grown her career within the company moving into Branch Management, Area Branch Management, and then Vice President in 2011.   Wendy is strong suited in both operations and sales, and provides great mentorship to other leaders within the organization. In her career, she has managed and supported accounts of all sizes.  She especially excels in large complex on-site customers where she feels she can make a difference and help grow their business.  Wendy has participated in several Kaizen training events and regularly participates in corporate initiatives on compliance, training, continuous improvement, and technological improvements for operational efficiency.   Wendy is the operational and sales leader for TRC Staffing Services within the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Raleigh, North Carolina locations.
