Conrad Helms is the Executive Vice President of Commercial and Franchise Operations at TRC Staffing Services.
Conrad is responsible for providing leadership in recruiting and staffing for the company-owned and franchise teams nationwide. He is advancing TRC’s client approach strategy by redesigning the sales and operation structure to create a more cohesive sales and support team to drive improved client relationships. With 20 years in the staffing industry, Conrad is an industry expert in customer satisfaction, sales, performance management and continuous improvement. His leadership was key in developing TRC’s unique and relevant competitive advantages that has changed the company’s sales approach. Conrad earned his Bachelor of Science and a Master degree from Appalachian State University. In 2013, he joined TRC as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations before being promoted to Executive Vice President of Commercial Staffing overseeing both company-owned and franchise operations. Conrad is leading our initiative for growing both operations and extending the TRC footprint across the country.
