As V.P. of Sales Enablement, Matthew is responsible for providing a unique blend of recruiting, operations, sales and leadership to the TRC organization in the Atlanta Market.
Matthew started his career with TRC almost 8 years ago starting out as a branch recruiter. Matthew showcased his ability to quickly build outstanding relationships with internal teammates and external partners. This paved the way for Matthew’s first promotion into TRC’s Resource Manager role and then to a Business Development Manager where he became Top in Sales, four-consecutive years in a row. His servant heart, professional acumen and passion for proving world-class experiences helped Matthew quickly excel as a top-partner to some of TRC’s largest clients. Matthew now leads a team of sales professionals and is responsible for continuing to drive “extra-mile” service throughout all aspects of TRC.
