As Vice President of Sales, Zahara is responsible for providing leadership, mentorship and training to TRC’s sales force in the Atlanta Market.
Zahara started her career almost 20 years ago as a recruiter for a large regional staffing firm. Her talent, ceaseless work ethic and never quit approach to everything she does helped her quickly advance into a sales role where she became one of the top staffing sales professionals in the Southeast. She was then promoted into the role of national sales trainer and finally director of sales before finding her home at TRC. As a working expert in the industry who is known for driving a culture of client satisfaction, personal accountability and a winning “can do” attitude, Zahara is an integral part of providing a successful experience for our clients through our sales team.
