Donna Ballard, is the Franchise Owner and General Manager of the Daytona and Space Coast, Florida Offices. Donna obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University in Anthropology and her passion lies behind Human Resources and Sales. As a seasoned staffing professional who takes pride in giving personal service to our clients, candidates and employees and as the Franchise Owner she is equally involved with our employees and our clients in both our Daytona Beach and Space Coast offices.
Donna looks to exceed our clients’ expectations by giving personal service and supplying great candidates that match their needs. Donna’s philosophy of the business is “I work to get to know each of my clients, their culture and needs and I find candidates for short and long term temporary assignments, temp to hire and direct hire placements with these clients. Iit is my goal to make the best match as possible between the candidate and the position”. Donna is a member of the Daytona Chamber, Melbourne Chamber, Space Coast SHRM and Volusia Manufacturers Association. The Daytona Consolidated Offices have been recognized and awarded the Franchise of the Year in 2014 and honored to be a part of the Presidents Club in 2015.
