In 2004, Lydia Padilla, Franchise owner of the TRC Staffing Services’ office in St. Louis was chosen by Project Interchange of the American Jewish Committee to travel to Israel as one of its National Latino Delegates. In 2005, the St. Louis Business Journal named her as one of its 40 under 40 outstanding professionals. As part of the President’s Mentoring initiative, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services honored Lydia in 2007 for her mentorship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.

In 2010, the National Conference for Community and Justice honored Lydia with a Brotherhood and Sisterhood award. She was the first Hispanic to be given this honor in the organization’s 56 year history. In 2011, the St. Louis Business Journal named Lydia one of its Diverse Business Leaders and the YWCA named her a Leader of Distinction in the Entrepreneur category. Most recently, Lydia was named the Hispanic Business Person of the Year by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis.
