Advancing Our Team & Standards of Excellence

In 2011, TRC began its journey into Lean Six Sigma principles. TRC partnered with a third-party Master Black Belt and trained our entire recruiting team, sales team, franchise operations and home office staff on Lean principles.

Since 2012, we have held 7 unique internal Kaizen events focused on our sales and service delivery process and have had 2 joint Kaizen events with two of our largest customers. We also partnered with a mid-sized client to provide 8 weeks of “lunch-and-learn” Lean Principle training for our client’s leadership team.
