In 2011, TRC began its journey into Lean Six Sigma principles. TRC partnered with a 3rd party Master Black Belt and trained our entire recruiting team, sales team, franchise operations and home office staff on Lean principles.

Since 2012, we have held 7 unique internal Kaizen events focused on our sales and service delivery process and have had 2 joint Kaizen events with two of our largest customers. We also partnered with a mid-sized client to provide 8 weeks of “lunch-and-learn” Lean Principle training for our client’s leadership team.

As part of TRC’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement, our Quality and Compliance team conducts monthly and quarterly company-wide audits and site visits to ensure that each TRC location provides consistency and innovative solutions to accomplish superior results for our customers.

Centralized Accounting

All billing, invoicing, and payroll processes are handled at the corporate office in Atlanta to ensure consistency and accuracy for each of our clients and employees. We take full ownership our delivery system, none of our back-office services have ever been outsourced during our 36 years in business!
