TRC Professional Solutions has a growth opportunity for a Business Development Manager to our team in Atlanta.

TRC is the largest privately held staffing firm in the Southeast and we have been in business under the same ownership for over 30 years.  We provide quality staffing and recruiting services to some of the Choice Employers in the Metro Atlanta area

The recruiting role will be part of our Professional Solutions Group. Our Professional Solutions Group was started 7 years ago by virtue of demand for Professional Staffing offerings from our clients.

We currently have 3 areas that we focus on: Engineering, Information Technology, and Accounting & Finance.

We currently have an opening for someone to sell Technical Staffing Services.  TRC does both contract staffing and permanent placement.

Here is what you will be responsible for in your role as a Business Development Manager:

  • Research Companies with Technical Hiring Needs.
  • Calling on prospects & making appointments.
  • Developing Sales Funnel & Account Strategy.
  • Developing plan to penetrate existing accounts.
  • Reconnecting and developing relationships with past customers.
  • Helping customers define job requirements, candidate profiles, etc.
  • Assisting Recruiters with Preparing Candidates for Interviews.
  • Attend Tradeshows, Networking Events, etc.
  • Making offers to candidates on behalf of our client.
  • Maintaining long term relationship with clients and network of professionals.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • 5-15 years of Sales/Business Development Experience
  • High Energy
  • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
  • Zealous for serving and taking care of the customer.
  • Professional Presentation Skills/ Consultative Sales Experience.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Hunger to succeed.
  • BS in Technical Discipline, Sales, Marketing or Business.
